South Los Altos Home Sold With Multiple Offers

Two Oak Elementary School families competed to purchase the wonderful home at 1510 Julie Lane.  Both families sought the home for its proximity to their preferred Los Altos school.  Both were looking for a large lot in Los Altos.  1510 Julie Lane is one of the few homes in this Los Altos neighborhood with a very large lot.
